Resin Bound Driveway and Footpaths in Buckingham

Resin Bound driveways are quickly gaining popularity among customers. It is mostly due to their low maintenance, clean look and longevity. This driveway was finished in Buckingham by JSM Driveways this week.

We started by cleaning the existing concrete driveway and footpaths. Any damaged spots were cut open with a diamond blade and resealed.

We extended the driveway on the left side by removing the small concrete slabs. Then we dug down and poured down a new concrete base to be level with the existing one. We installed new Granite edges to create a border.

Our team also installed new beading all around the open side of the concrete and then secured all surfaces with a primer sealer.

To finish the job we applied 18 mm of resin bound pebbles all over.

Our team at JSM Driveways has recently finished this block paving driveway in Milton Keynes.

Our first step was to remove the existing gravel and level off the area for our foundation. We laid down a type 1 MOT base as well as a heavy duty membrane sheeting. To prevent dampness over time, we installed some French drains at crucial spots.

We topped it with a bed of sand and cement mixture to lay the block paving on. We installed the driveway in a traditional 45 degree herringbone pattern using Bracken Marshalls paving blocks with a tram line border in Charcoal.
