New Block Paving Installation on Patio in Milton Keynes

Here is another patio area transformed by JSM Driveways using block paving from the Marshalls range. We completely renovated the patio and garden area. Removed the old side path and altered both the shape and levels of the patio area.

We put down a new solid base of Type 1 hardcore to build off from and added membrane sheeting on top of it to prevent weeds. Block paving was installed in a 45 degree herringbone pattern and a red header border benched in concrete around it to make the paving stand out a little. New edging kerbs were added to help hold the paving in place and give a divide between the new lawn and the paving.
